Tell us about yourselves and where you work:
Hey! I‘m Dominik Oswald, I am 25 years old from Vienna.
I have been working as a Bartender at Hammond Bar for 3 years now. It is the first job as a professional Bartender for me.
It is the best decision I‘ve ever made :) I love creating drinks and playing with ingredients, different tastes and textures. For me being a Bartender is the best job you can have, being surrounded by people all the time, hosting them and mixing cocktails for them is simply great! Tell us briefly about the idea behind your Linie cocktail:
[if !supportLists]My Cocktail is called „Oslofjord“. Oslofjord is the most important waterway in Northern Europe and it is where the Journey of every Linie Barrel starts and ends. So I decided to dedicate my drink to it. It is a Cocktail inspired by Norway and its culinary diversity and the natural growing fruits there, connected with a little bit of „Austrian Walzer“ :)
