Only 2 weeks left before the final of Linie The Journey in Oslo. This year we will have 13 candidates from 7 countries competing. Here is a small presentation of Odd, candidate from Norway:
Tell us about yourselves and where you work:
My name is Odd, which is really weird in English, but not so weird in Norwegian.
I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 16. I am from the south of Norway, but now I am working with the company «Bargruppen» in Bergen.
You will normally find me behind the bar at Lukket Selskap, which is a small speak-easy.
Tell us briefly about the idea behind your Linie cocktail:
The idea for my cocktail, «Linie Charter» is based on Norway and the Norwegians. I’ve tried combining some of the most popular Norwegian foods and drinks with more southern ingredients. '
Norwegians loves to go on holidays to warmer climates, and with this cocktail they can combine their favourite Norwegian ingredients with ingredients from more warmer climates.
